I’ve just wrapped up a brand and website launch for the loveliest Fiona at Bay Mediation, and this one has been a genuinely rewarding project to work on. From our first chat, it was obvious how grounded and committed she is to the families she supports. Her work spans Family, Relationship Property, Trust, and Estate Mediation Services across the Bay of Plenty — areas that can feel heavy and stressful when you’re in the thick of it — so creating something calm, clear, and welcoming felt important. Very exciting to snap up the Rocketspark Silver Award for November 2025.

Bay Mediation offers a safe and structured environment, helping people move forward with dignity, fairness, and practical solutions. With years of experience as both a family lawyer and mediator, Fiona provides a grounded, reassuring presence in situations that often feel emotionally heavy.
Crafting the Brand
For the visual identity, the goal was to create something soft yet confident — a look that reflects both Fiona’s warmth and the professionalism expected in the legal world. We used soft browns through to taupe and mauve, keeping everything calm, grounded, and approachable.
Bringing It Together Online
The website was built on Rocketspark.com came together beautifully, clearly explaining her services and how she can help people navigate a difficult moment with support and direction. The photography by Jay Drew pulls everything together, giving the brand a genuine and welcoming feel.
