Flippin Minds arrived as a referral from Scandi Health Coaching — another wellness-focused client — but this time the project took me all the way to Sweden. Ulrika, the founder of Flippin Minds, specialises in leadership coaching and resilience training for individuals, teams, and organisations. Her work is centred on helping people perform at their best, and the insight behind her approach made this a genuinely interesting project to dive into.
From the very start, Ulrika was an absolute breeze to work with. She came prepared with strong photography, thoughtful copywriting, and a clear understanding of her purpose — which meant the design process could focus on shaping a visual identity that truly reflected her expertise.
