Manawa Community Housing provides quality, affordable housing opportunities for Ngā Pōtiki registered members across a range of housing pathways, from social and affordable housing through to shared equity, long-term lease and papakāinga home ownership.
I designed and built a new RocketSpark website to bring all of these opportunities together in one clear and accessible place. With several different housing pathways and a lot of important information to communicate, the focus was on making the site easy to navigate and helping people quickly find the option and information relevant to them.
The website also provides a place to share Manawa’s story, showcase housing developments and guide people through the next steps, including registering their interest and getting in touch with the team.
It was a meaningful project to work on, creating a website that not only looks professional but serves a genuine purpose — helping people understand their housing options and take the next step towards finding a home.
