DESIGN FOR EVENTS & EXPERIENCES

Design that gives people something to remember.

From branding and websites to print, packaging and marketing, I help events and experience-based businesses create a visual presence that gets people interested and excited about what they have to offer.

I've worked across events, tourism, accommodation, travel and community experiences, creating design that helps people discover what's on, understand what to expect and take the next step — whether that's booking a stay, buying a ticket or simply finding out more.

WHAT I KNOW ABOUT YOUR INDUSTRY

People are buying into the experience.

With events and experiences, the design is often the first taste of what's to come. Before someone books a ticket, reserves a room or turns up on the day, they've already formed an impression from your branding, website, social media and marketing.

Good design helps set that tone.

I've worked with businesses and organisations across events, travel, accommodation and community experiences, so I understand the need to make information easy to find while still creating something that feels engaging and memorable.

The practical details matter too. Dates, locations, bookings, pricing and what's included all need to be clear, but they don't have to get in the way of creating something people want to be part of.

Creating a visual identity that captures the personality of your event, destination or experience and gives you a strong foundation to build from.

Websites that make the important information easy to find while giving people a genuine feel for the experience you're offering.

From invitations and programmes to signage, brochures, tickets and promotional material, creating design that works both before and during the event.

Supporting your promotion with social media graphics, campaigns, EDMs and other content designed to build interest and get people involved.

MORE THAN JUST A WEBSITE

Your brand is part of the experience.

Your audience might discover you through a website, social media post, event poster, email, brochure or an invitation. They might then arrive at a venue, pick up a programme or take home something with your branding on it.

I can help bring all those touchpoints together so the experience feels considered from the very first interaction.

BEFORE WE GET STARTED

Things I'm often asked

Can you help create a brand for a new event?

Absolutely. We can develop the visual identity from the beginning, giving you a consistent look that can then be used across your website, social media, signage, print and promotional material.

Can you design everything for an event?

I can help with many of the visual pieces that sit around an event, including branding, websites, invitations, programmes, signage, social media and promotional material. We can work out what you actually need and build the design around that.

How do we make people want to come to our event?

The experience starts before people arrive. Strong photography, clear information and a visual identity that captures the feeling of the event can all help create interest and give people a reason to book or get involved.

Can you work with an existing event brand?

Yes. If an event already has recognition but the branding feels dated or inconsistent, we can refresh it while keeping the elements people already know.

Can you help with tourism and accommodation websites?

Yes. I've worked with accommodation and travel businesses where the website needs to inspire people while also making practical information like availability, locations, facilities and booking details easy to find.

Can you help promote an event after the website is finished?

Yes. I can continue to support you with social media graphics, EDMs, promotional campaigns, print and other creative material leading up to the event.

We don't have good photos yet. What should we do?

Photography can make a huge difference to an event or experience-based business. I can help identify what imagery you need and recommend a photographer if professional photography would strengthen the project.

Can you work with venues and suppliers?

Absolutely. Good event design often needs to work across multiple suppliers and formats. I can provide artwork and brand assets that can be used consistently across signage, print, digital and other event requirements.
